Quiz Night Fundraisers
As part of our commitment to the Renwick and wider Marlborough community, we’d like to offer you the opportunity to use our venue for a quiz night as part of your fundraising activities this year. It’s never easy coming up with the right solutions sometimes and even harder to implement it. So how about we take away all of the hard work, and leave you to organise getting people along? We are willing to run a quiz night for you on any night of the week, at no charge.
Remember, a quiz is a great hassle free fundraiser for non-profit organising and charities – and we’d like to do our bit to help.
We offer at no charge:
- Venue Hire
- Quizmaster – Although you can provide your own we can supply a marker for the evening
- Believe it or Not Quiz Package and supporting materials associated with the quiz
All you have to do is drum up support from within your own organisation and your supports to get as many people as you can along for the night.
Your fundraising can be made in the following ways:
- Entry fee per team
- Raffles – You can run these throughout the night.
- Auction / Silent Auction
- Buy an answer concept
All we ask is that you bring a minimum of 75 people to the event, and that everyone is prepared to let their hair down for a night of serious fun.
We anticipate the night will take from 2-3 hours. Our Kitchen and bar facilities will be available for you, and we have platter options etc. available.
