Tariff is for two persons, extra person $20 (NZ dollars). Units are ready for guests after 2pm. Earlier arrivals can be made by arrangement. Check out time is 10am, although late departures are permissible at the management's discretion.

If your plans change for some reason, we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us will incur a charge. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice of a cancellation or a charge of one night's accommodation will be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation on, or within 24 hours of your arrival may incur a charge.
